There in the middle of town, with camera’s pointed at him in the army’s vain attempt to pressure him into answer in their fervor, Devi stood. For the first time in many years he had his legs feeling stronger then ever. Devi glared down the army before him, with people watching where ever the fools where broadcasting it too and the people in the town watching the scene unfold, war really had broken out between the two realms.

“So Mister Orenda, as both a human and a mythical who do you choose to stand with? The humans, or the mythicals? you will have to choose one eventually or be labeled a traitor by both realms..Could redeem your self of your crazy status in the magic realm if you choose to aid them you know~?” The apparent ring leader of the army spoke in a rather taunting tone, spinning his finger around Devi like he was drawing a noose around the short Wizards neck.

Devi sneered at him, unamused by this apparent whack-o’s attempt to scare him. Taking in a deep breath he composed him self, putting his cape around himself where no one could see his torso down to his toes, something apparently up his sleeve as a smirk made it’s way onto his face. “I do not join ether, as both worlds are acting foolish and are being to childish to work out their own differences An for that matter, only trying to harm or exploit the other.” He spoke in a rather cocky or smug tone, it was hard to differentiate with the wizards calm demeanor.

Of course the ring leader did not take that answer well, with a ‘tsk’ and a eye roll he stood up straight and corrected his poster. “Then you take the third option of being labeled a traitor of both your people then? seems rather unsurprising of you Orenda with your crazy behavior and false predictions it’s no wonder you where kicked off the council of the magic world, but in case you answered because your decaying mind was unable to process what I had asked, I’ll ask again, join us, or join the mythicals.” The leader spoke, his voice rattled with annoyance and anger.

Devi found it amusing the humans would take help from such a short fussed demon, he wanted so badly to point and laugh at the demon’s agitation, but it was not the time for that. The smirk on Devi’s face grew into a full blown grin, his hat lowered to cover his eyes and he began to crackle. The demon looked confused, and that only made him angry   “Tch clearly you are much to crazy to understand the seriousness of the situation! our worlds are at war! and you can do nothing but laugh! You’d make a better snack for a pack of cerberus with how useless you are!” the demonic man shouted at Devi who gave no care for the mans words.

“I choose a forth option actually~!” Devi grinned as he jerked his head up, where his mat moved backward showing his face fully again. “A forth..?” The demon asked confused. ”Yes! I, Devi Maui Orenda, middle child of Eliza, and Leviathan, decedent of Merlin, choose a forth option! As The leading commander of the Mages of the Kingdom of the Moon, I choose none of your pathetic attempt to scare me into fighting for a side with ill and disgusting intentions!” Devi exclaimed loudly, as he threw his hands out of his cape to reveal a staff large enough to be used for a walking stick, the gem in the middle the same shade of purple as his eyes, and the wood dark, gripped tightly in his left hand, a wind was starting to pick up behind him by the movement of his cape.

The demon looked puzzled, Kingdom of the Moon? what kind of bullshit was this wizard making up? but before the demon could reply to Devi, the Wizard had smashed the top of the staff onto the asphalt below him, a loud crack echoing through the air, followed by a blinding aqua blue light that spread outwards from where Devi had smacked the road. The light forming a strange pattern in the ground. The group of people backed up as the pattern spread outwards towards them, once the apparent pattern was compete it faded as if it had never been there. Devi stood up straight with a large grin on his face.

The pattern then appeared above him in the sky as if it where like a ghost. The pattern was able to be distinguished then, it looked like a waning crescent stage moon, with a full moon ‘falling’ towards it, two curving block shapes where on the opposite ends of the moons, both had a pointed shark tooth like shape on them as well, how ever the one on the left was facing downwards, while the one on the right was pointing upwards.

“Instead! I choose the forth option in which my Queen gave me when I was a young, foolish child trying to make his mark on the world when I joined the leading ranks among those of the Moon kingdom! I choose to oppose all of those who choose to make the innocent suffer for their own misdeeds, and instead protect them… My choice is to oppose you both, in the form of a third party in this war, not as a rebellion, but as the burning flame of those who wish for peace in this world and see the image that is both worlds working together in sync like they did once before.” Devi finished, as the pattern behind him showed the image of a white colored stoned kingdom with pale blue roof tops that blended in with the night sky backdrop behind it.

While the crowed was distracted Devi quickly drew a circle on the ground with his staff, opening a magic portal below him, that he floated above. “And THAT is my choice!” Devi laughed as he dove down into the portal, it quickly sealing behind him.

The demon was furious for lack of words, as there was no way to describe the burning flame of hatred that he felt in his throat.  ”You’re an insane idiot! I and everyone else will hunt you and everyone of your god damn students down and kill every last one of you! There is NO PLACE for you dumb asses to hid! YOU HERE ME NO WHERE!.. Dammit you retarded good for nothing grunt! STOP FILMING THIS!” The demon screamed, and screamed and Screamed, in a blind rage he had been so stupid to let the wizard get away.

Devi had more then heard the Demon’s threat but took it with a grain of salt, but with good concentration. The portal had taken him to the top of one of the apartment buildings near the scene had taken place, where a few people where waiting for him. A familiar strawberry blond Drow walked up beside Devi, looking out over to the demon who was throwing a pissy fit.

“Still know how to put on a show Devi.” Amalton chuckled at his friend. “But I’d not take that demon’s threat lightly.” he added.

“I know, we need to go and gather my Friends, family, an students and head to a safer place in the magic world.” Devi replied as he started for the stair well that was attached to the roof.

“Where do you have in mind my old friend?”
“Eclipse castle in the Kingdom of the Moon.” Devi replied quickly,

Amalton looked bewildered. “But that place was destroyed in a attack years ago.. Wasn't it?”  Amalton asked as he followed his friend, with Wolf right behind them.

“Yes, Exactly, they may go looking for the place shown in my little illusion and to only be met with a destroyed kingdom will really knock them off their high horses, making them believe they where tricked, and to not bother come looking, that is if they can even find the hidden ruins. ” Devi quickly explained.

Amalton gave a impressed look, this plan of Devi’s might have been half-assed, but it was still cleaver. “Still a quick thinker you are, heh.” Amalton complimented.

But without warning, Wolf suddenly chimed into the conversation with a question. “So uhh, not trying to make light of the situation or anything, but does this mean when we fight the bad guys we get to say ‘In the name of the moon we shall punish you?’ “

Goddammit Wolf…
I think I am getting too sucked into my story, I actually kinda wanna write this as it's own book but like..hahaha fuck spelling errors and such, and lack of motivation. So~ Have this instead.

Also for those that don't get Wolf's joke at the end, it's a Sailor moon reference, this song also goes great with reading this: [link]

oAo ...That...was actually badass of Devi. I think he would've won Aruni's respect hands down.
